We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for orders over $150 Australia-wide via Australia Post. Our Standard Shipping option ships within 3 - 10 days depending on your location and stock availability. Please allow delivery time thereafter. To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, some of our products are shipped directly from our Partner Warehouse in each state.
We offer the option of Express Shipping Australia Wide using Australia Post Parcel Service for $15.00 per item. If we receive your order before 1pm Monday - Friday AWST, and item is in stock, your order will be shipped from our warehouse on the same day and you will receive it the next business day provided you are in the Australia Post Express Delivery Zone.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, delivery time will depend on your location. See below.
WESTERN AUSTRALIA (metro areas)
You can expect delivery within 2-3 working days.
EASTERN AUSTRALIA (metro areas)
You can expect delivery within 4-6 working days.
RURAL AND REGIONAL AREAS
Delivery to rural and regional areas generally takes up to 7 working days.
EXPRESS DELIVERY (if you are in the Australia Post Express Delivery Zone)
You can expect delivery the next business day if ordered by 1pm.
EXPRESS DELIVERY EASTERN AUSTRALIA (or if you are outside the Express Delivery Zone)
You can expect delivery within 2-4 business day if ordered by 1pm.
HAZARDOUS GOODS Due to Australian shipping regulation, hazardous goods can only be sent by road freight so there may be additional delivery times.
In the event that the item you have ordered is out of stock or is a special item that needs to be ordered in, a Pacific Safety Wear customer service officer will contact you to advise the expected delivery time.
You will receive an email to track your order when it is shipped from our warehouse. Your email will contain a Tracking ID Number and a link so that you can check the delivery status of your order online with Australia Post.
When your order is delivered it will require your signature.
If you're not at home when your order arrives, a calling card will be left.
For Australia Post Parcel consignments, you will be required to pick up your parcel at a designated Australia Post Shop.
Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left the Pacific Safety Wear warehouse. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on 08 9249 2144 or email customerservice@pacificsafetywear.com.au stating your order number and new shipping address.
